known as the most reliable car because of this they were able to stay on top from
word of mouth. However, recently many car companies have become reliable. As
of right now, Toyota needs to focus on creating a strong brand identity with
its customers. One option would be to create a more personalized experience
for their customers. Toyota can collect data and use AI to understand their
customers and create marketing to better understand their customers.
Another method would be to focus on
sustainability and the environment. Since a lot of consumers are becoming environmentally
friendly. By doing so they can bring in more consumers who are into an
environment that can increase their sales. Having marketing and branding that
showcases environmental importance allows Toyota to stand out and resonate
with its customers.
